Canoe, Kayak, Raft, or Tube Float Trip Booking Terms
Things to Know Before You Float:
Sorry, NO Refunds. No refunds, even due to bad weather or high river levels, you can reschedule. No shows or cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled float will incur a $15 per vessel rescheduling fee.
Please be aware our canoe and kayaks have a different drop-off location and route than our rafts and tubes. Be mindful of this when booking group float trips.
The 6 man raft maximum people allowed is 6 passengers and the 8 man raft maximum people allowed is 8 passengers. Please take consider the size of your cooler when accounting for space and the number of people in your raft. One person only is allowed per inner tube.

You MUST arrive 15 min. prior to floating time at the Boat Ramp Parking Lot / Twin River Canoe Check-in. If you do not arrive on time, we reserve the right to give away your rental to walk-in guests.

We accept cash only, except when using online booking.

Due to our insurance policies, dogs are NOT allowed.

No glass bottles are permitted.

Float Trips start at 9:00 am, 10:30 am, and 12:00 pm Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday only, float times are 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm. Please be aware of your start time and do not arrive late. Float trips may start earlier by appointment.

On very rare occasions, it is possible there will be up to a 90-minute delay to start your float trip, even if you have a reservation.

We often sell out of rentals. Advance reservations are required.

Float times vary based on river conditions, route, the type of rental, and the frequency of stopping.

Children MUST be a minimum of 13 years old or older to ride by themselves.

Download the Release Form. It MUST be filled out prior to floating.
Ice Skating Booking Terms
Sorry, NO Refunds.

Our state-of-the-art ice rink will not damage your skates, but your ice skates can be subject to sharpening after use on synthetic material. We do rent skates if you prefer.

Skate rental is available for $5 per guest.
Carriage Services Booking Terms

No refunds, even due to bad weather. If bad weather prevents us from operating, we will reschedule your booking time.

Prices for our Horse-drawn Carriage Rides reflect (2) riders (except for Celebration of Lights). Each additional rider is $5.

Driver gratuities are appreciated and have not been included in this fee.

50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Payment is due in full for reserving your carriage for the Celebration Of Lights.

On the day of your Carriage Ride, please arrive at least 5-minutes before your pick-up time. Your start time begins at your booking time.
Celebration of Lights Booking Terms

Avoid the Lines! Use the Side Entrance to Access the Carriage Services at the Celebration of Lights
DIRECTIONS: Side Entrance Fort Zumwalt Park From I-70 take exit 217 (Hwy. K & M). Turn south on Hwy K and then (right) on Veteran’s Memorial Pkwy. At the first stoplight turn (left) on South Woodlawn Ave. Make an immediate (right) onto Plackemeier. The service entrance to Fort Zumwalt Park is one block on the (right). A park employee will be available near the Heald Home to direct you into the park.
Hayrides Booking Terms
