Seasonal Help: 

As a seasonal team member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional experiences for our guests. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep

• Operate farm machinery and equipment under supervision

• Provide friendly customer service and assist guests with inquiries

• Assist with planting, harvesting, and other agricultural tasks as needed

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm premises

• Direct traffic and manage customer flow

• Work various stations 

 

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old (some positions may require individuals to be 18 years or older)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Physically capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior farm or outdoor work experience is a plus but not required

Food/Beverage (Hospitality):

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately

• Prepare and serve food/beverages according to quality and safety standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area

• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Food handling or safety certifications are a plus, but not required

Office (Part-Time): 

Brookdale Farms is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Office staff member. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy working in a supportive office environment, we would love to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management

• Answer phone calls and provide information or direct calls as necessary

• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings

• Assist with maintaining records and databases

• Support other team members with various administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

• Previous office experience is preferred

• Proficiency in Google Workspace 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
