- Carmel B.

5-STAR RATING

My family and I checked out the haunted trail last night and had a fantastic time getting scared. We had three kids with us, ages 10 to 15, and they were all screaming, and the actors even got a couple of us adults too.

- Richie W.

5-STAR RATING

We took 3 kids (two 12 year olds and a 15 year old) through, and it was about perfect for that age group! Perfect level of scary without being too much. The 2 horses throughout the trail were so cool! Will be coming back next year!

The Hollows Haunted Trail at Brookdale Farms – Eureka, MO

Step into The Hollows, Brookdale Farms’ newest haunted attraction. This haunted walking trail near St. Louis takes you deep into cursed woods, foggy paths, and terrifying scenes pulled straight from Old West legends. The full trail takes about 40 minutes, depending on your pace—and every step could be your last.

The Beginning – Curse of The Hollows

Darkness falls on the small town of Hollow Point. Ranchers, hunters, and townsfolk once thrived here—until the curse took root. Some say it began with the Vulture Witch, feathers black as night. Others say it was vengeance for blood spilled on sacred ground. Whatever the truth, souls now twist into shadows, and those who linger too long are never the same.

The Saloon of the Damned

Once filled with music and laughter, the Hollow Point saloon never found peace. The piano plays itself, mirrors reflect faces that aren’t your own, and the Belle of the Hollows still smiles at strangers—though if she takes your hand, you’ll never leave.

The Gallows Grove – Hollow Marshal on Horseback

The sheriff’s rope could not cleanse the curse. Thirteen souls swung beneath the crooked tree, but now the Hollow Marshal rides eternally on his skeletal steed. His noose swings, his eyes burn, and when you hear the creak of rope behind you—do not look back.

The Twisted Trailhead – The Vulture Witch

What was once a safe road for ranchers now crawls with cursed roots and whispering trees. The Vulture Witch waits in the branches above. If you hear her voice, it’s already too late.

The Ghostly Fiddler

The fiddler of Hollow Point played at every gathering—until the skinwalkers came. Now his mournful tune drifts on the wind, luring travelers closer. Beware: when the music stops, the silence is worse than death.

The Cornfield Rider

Beyond the corn rows rides the headless Rider of the Hollows. His axe gleams with lightning, his steed breathes smoke and fire, and the ground trembles at his charge. If his shadow crosses you, another neck will roll before dawn.

The Trapper’s Camp

The old trapper knew these woods, but the skinwalkers flayed him like the hides he once tanned. His broken form begs for help beside the campfire, but step too close and you’ll be dragged into his fate.

The Haunted Barn – Burned Rancher

This barn once sheltered cattle and grain, the pride of a rancher’s work. But fire swept through, leaving only ash. Now, the Burned Rancher walks these ruins. His skin smolders, his hat fused to his skull, his voice forever begging for water. The hay hides more than vermin — it hides the things he calls his own. If the flames don’t claim you…he will.

Devil’s Ridge – The Finale

Here the curse is strongest. The ground splits open, shadows gather, and from the pit rises the Alpha Skinwalker—taller than any man, claws sharp as scythes, eyes glowing like embers. At Devil’s Ridge, you’ll discover the truth: The Hollows do not let you leave.
