Canoes are now available to rent for $65 each! 

Each canoe fits two adults, with the option to add a third passenger aged 13–18. You can also bring your own canoe or kayak for $35 per person — just call Marnie at (636) 938-1005 to reserve. Guests bringing their own devices must provide all their own gear.


IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

  • Must be 18+ to rent and at least 13 years old to ride.

  • Must have previous canoeing experience; all renters must sign an experience acknowledgment.

  • Due to flooding and debris, we cannot float from Palisades to Allenton.

  • Cooler floats cannot be tied to canoes; however, you may bring a cooler that can be placed inside the canoe.

  • Float departs at 10:00 AM – Saturday.

  • 2-hour float includes paddles and life jackets.

  • No refunds once purchased.*


*Please Note: We monitor the river conditions daily and, if we deem the river level unsafe, we will give as much notice as possible to notify you of the cancellation. If we have to cancel due to river levels, we will work with you to reschedule for another date or offer a refund.

Experience the Meramec in a whole new season. Our fall float trips offer calm waters, quiet gravel bars, and a relaxed pace that’s perfect for spending time outdoors.


Eureka Floats at Brookdale Farms is a great way to enjoy a crisp autumn day on one of Missouri’s most scenic rivers. This stretch of the Meramec features spacious gravel bars to pause and take in the view, gentle currents ideal for an easy paddle, striking bluffs, and plenty of wildlife along the way.

FLOAT TRIP TIMING: 

Saturday: 10:00 AM


Please be aware of your start time and do not arrive late.


Trip lengths vary based on river conditions, route, type of rental, and frequency of stopping.

You MUST arrive 30 min. prior to floating time at the Eureka Floats Check-In near the Boat Ramp Parking Lot.  If you do not arrive on time, we reserve the right to give away your rental to walk-in guests.


 FLOAT TRIP PARKING: 

Once you're on Twin River Rd., please follow the signs 'Eureka Floats'. If you're coming from Highway W, the entrance will be on your left hand side.


 FLOAT TRIP FOOD: 

Feel free to bring your own coolers with food and drinks; but remember NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PERMITTED. This is a cashless event.


 FLOAT TRIP RESTRICTIONS: 

Due to our insurance policies, dogs are NOT allowed on our float trips.

NO glass containers are permitted.
