GOAT YOGA AT BROOKDALE FARMS 🐐
Get ready for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience surrounded by the playful energy of Brookdale Farms’ friendly goats!
Join us for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow designed to help you relax, laugh, move your body, and enjoy a beautiful morning on the farm. And yes...
there’s a very good chance a goat may hop on your back, nibble your ponytail, or decide your yoga mat belongs to them. 😉
This class is perfect for all experience levels and focuses on light movement, stretching, and connection with plenty of goat interaction mixed in.
Please bring:
● Yoga mat, towel, or blanket
● Water bottle
● Clothes you don’t mind getting a little dusty or goat-loved
After class, enjoy time petting the goats and exploring Brookdale Farms’ General Store where drinks, merchandise, and souvenirs will be available for
purchase.
Important Notes:
● Please arrive 10–15 minutes early
● Waivers must be completed prior to participation
● Depending on weather, class may be moved indoors
