Goat Yoga - May 20th 9 AM

Experience ultimate relaxation with Brookdale Farms' Goat Yoga! 🐐 Unwind with a gentle Hatha Yoga practice while surrounded by the lively presence of our friendly goats. You just might have a goat hop on your back! 😉 

While moving through a gentle and restorative yoga practice, we will connect to the cycles and rhythms of our natural world.

Fill out our forms: You can fill out our forms online and fill out our yoga waiver via email. Additionally, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early so you can fill out the waiver and liability forms before practice!

Please bring your own mat! We will provide cleaning spray in the event that your mat needs a refresh. 

After your one-hour yoga session, you will have the opportunity to pet the goats and shop at our general store. Drinks, merch, and other souvenirs will be available for purchase.

Location: Brookdale Farms’ General Store is located behind the Petting Zoo. We will have a large, enclosed area outside for the Goat Yoga Session. See our Farm Map for directions! 

**In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule or move yoga into our indoor facilities.
