Photographer Privacy Policy
Our Photographer Pass is designed for professional and hobby photographers who would like to use Brookdale Farms as the backdrop for client sessions

Each photographer must purchase their own pass before arriving. The pass covers the photographer’s access to the property during the selected date and time. Clients, assistants, and additional guests must purchase regular admission unless otherwise stated in the pass description.
By purchasing a Photographer Pass, you agree to the following:
Sessions must take place during the designated photographer hours.
Photographers may not block pathways, entrances, attractions, or areas being used by other guests.
Please remain within approved photography areas and follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
Picking flowers, damaging crops, moving farm property, or entering restricted areas is prohibited.
Props must be easy to carry and may not damage or permanently alter the property. Confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, open flames, and similar items are not permitted.
Drones are prohibited unless written approval is received from Brookdale Farms before the session.
Photographers are responsible for the conduct and safety of their clients, assistants, and equipment.
Brookdale Farms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or personal belongings.
Photographer Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions may be rescheduled only if Brookdale Farms closes the property due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Purchasing a pass does not provide exclusive access to any area. Other photographers and guests may be present.
Commercial productions, large styled shoots, workshops, and sessions involving extensive equipment require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
Failure to follow these policies may result in removal from the property without a refund and the loss of future photography privileges.
Please have your confirmation email available when you arrive. We are excited to have you create something beautiful at Brookdale Farms.
